What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique, helping people become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki practitioners act as a conduit between you and the source of the universal life force energy. The energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to you. In this case, each crystal has been individually reiki-charged by myself.

What is an Amethyst?
Amethyst is connected to the third eye and crown chakras. It helps to promote peace, cleansing and calming energy. It is said to dispel rage and help manage fears and anger. This popular crystal is one of the most powerful and protective stones.  You can carry this crystal with you in your pocket, handbag or in a bath with some epsom salts. 
 
Tip: Make sure to cleanse the crystal every few weeks or when you feel drawn to do so. You can do this many ways. Under a full moon to recharge, smuge with a sage stick, or even leave to soak in a bowl of salt water.
